Message aftermarket headunit RADIO hook up?

I have done very extensive car audio installs on many cars, including Z's. ( Tv's, headunits, systems, subs, etc etc)

But one thing I am confused with on EVERY headunit I have installed on a Z (pionneer, panasonic, Alpine, kenwood).

I use the adapter to adapt my BOSE radio wire to my aftermarket headunit but to use my factory antena I would hook up the 12v to the correct wire but my anteana is UP as soon as my headunit is ON, even if I am playing CD's.

The stock headunit will let the anteana come down while listeing to CD's etc.

Is there a way to hook it up on a aftermarket headunit (besides running a toggle switch) to automatically go up and down when I change between CD's, and radio?

Thanks!

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
